The "White Out" Isopods (Porcellionides priunosus) are known as another prolific breeder within the isopod community.  

White Out Isopods begin to thrive in a living soil vivarium or terrarium with proper protein supplementation ,vegetables, dried leaves and wood. Fish food is a great protein supplement for them just sprinkle in the soil. 

They will act as your "clean up crew" and help keep the vivarium clean and mold-free!  If you are doing a soil/bioactive set up for your Jumpers you need springtails or isopods. I like having both in mine! This keeps your spiders home clean and mold free, the whiteouts have softer outer shells so also make for good feeders if the jumper finds them popping up from time to time. These low maintenance adorable guys make for wonderful pets!
